Heirloom mix

Heirloom mix is deliberately varied. Some fruit is sweet and fragrant, some is brighter and more acidic, and the darker types bring deeper savoury notes. Texture ranges from firm and meaty to tender and abundantly juicy. This is tomato flavour with breadth and character, not a collection bred to taste identical.

Slice the fruit and serve it simply with salt, olive oil and warm bread, or combine different varieties in salads and sharing plates. Firmer tomatoes work well in sandwiches and on the grill, while softer, juicier fruit suits bruschetta, sauces and slow roasting.
