Vine Tomato

Vine Tomato has the classic balance of ripe sweetness, clean acidity and fresh green tomato aroma. Redity brings high Brix, deep-red flesh and a firm, substantial bite, followed by a juicy interior. Its larger fruit has a rounded flavour and more body than a cherry tomato.

Slice it for sandwiches, toast and salads, where its firm flesh holds together cleanly. Its size also makes it suitable for stuffing, grilling and roasting. Cook it slowly for a richer sauce, or keep it on the truss when serving fresh fruit at the table.
